More about the organization:

Our Community We serve Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs and their families. We focus on historically excluded communities--our Spanish-speaking members, often women, and immigrants-- since they have been denied access to health, education, and wealth-creation opportunities to thrive. Geographic area served: Colorado Slogan: Adelante is the Latino organization for an inclusive economy. We come from a place of abundance. Our focus is on helping Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs reach economic and health success. We help our clients and are open to working with other organizations who want to collaborate to advance this common mission. (Collaboration)We meet our clients where they are. By respecting and honoring people’s lived experiences and meeting them where they are, we can create a responsive approach to helping our clients grow as businesspeople and as human beings. Our members confide in us, and we equip them with the tools they need to succeed in their businesses. (Respect, Honesty, Trust)We come from a place of compassion and understanding. We value opportunities that allow community members access to resources that they haven’t had access to, and we are committed to creating those opportunities. (Equity) We build leaders. We provide opportunities to empower entrepreneurs to be change makers and advocate for our community which historically has been excluded or left behind from economic opportunities.
