Success

PHEF’s vision completely encompasses what we do as an organization. The acronym SEEDS represents the desired progressions we have for our scholars. We believe that a PHEF scholar starts their relationship with us by first accepting our scholarship award. PHEF then expect them to seriously pursue higher education and excellence. At this point, we believe we have equal dedication to each other as PHEF is dedicated to supporting our scholars, and they become dedicated to giving back to PHEF with either their time and/or resources.
