More About Organization |

Focus Points has been serving Low-income Latino, Immigrant and Refugee populations in Five Points, GES, Commerce City, Aurora, and beyond since 1995, with myriad programs spanning Early Childhood Education, Adult Education, Family and Community Programs, and Workforce Development, as well as Focus Points' Social Enterprise Restaurant - Comal Heritage Food Incubator - an award winning program that increases social and economic mobility via culinary arts programming. This program successfully takes low income women participants through an "earn to learn" model, via which participants are paid a stipend while they complete a culinary arts training program. Participants graduate and exit successfully as food entrepreneurs, starting and launching their own food trucks, or restaurants, or catering business, among others.
