Colorado's  premier leadership development, public policy, and research center dedicated to strengthening Colorado's Latino community. 

Vision: 

To achieve a Colorado without disparities in educational achievement, economic opportunity, social integration, health and well-being, and civic representation. 

CLLARO's 2011 Accomplishments:

We would like to take this opportunity to reflect on our accomplishments this past year!

• CLLARO was born out of the LARASA and Colorado Latino Forum Leadership Center (CLFLC) merger this past summer. 

• CLLARO presented the Campaign Development Training where 20 amazing individuals completed this two-day leadership program.

•  CLLARO has taken on a leadership role in the reapportionment hearings. 

• CLLARO supported and participated with other organizations in our community such as Servicos de la Raza Cookout, 38th Ave Merchant Fiesta, El Grito 5K and the Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition Assembly. 

• CLLARO's Hope On-Line Learning Center will graduate two students this December and we expect a few more to receive their high school diplomas in May! 

• CLLARO re-established the annual Bernie Valdez Awards and was able to honor wonderful individuals and organizations in our community who continue to live out the legacy of Bernie Valdez.
